What is needed to secure my wedding date?

To complete booking and secure the date, you need to sign our venue rental agreement and pay the date-hold deposit, which is the damage deposit ($500) and cleaning fee ($250).

 

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer revolving discounts to honor various members of our community! Make sure to keep an eye on our social media to see any specials or discounts we might be offering.

 

Do we have to use vendors from your preferred vendors list?

No, you're welcome to use any vendors of your choice, but they need to submit their certificate of insurance prior to your event. Field Manor also reserves the right to vet any vendors if needed.

Do you allow LGBTQ+ weddings or commitment ceremonies?

Yes, absolutely! We hate that people even feel the need to ask. Love is love. 

 

Do you allow pets to participate in ceremonies?

Field Manor will make every effort to allow your beloved pet(s) to participate in your ceremony. Prior to booking, we require a site visit with the animal(s) to ensure they are comfortable on property, both for liability reasons and as a courtesy to our neighbors who walk their dogs on Field Manor grounds.

If I want to book the Inclusive Wedding Package, can I add things on to it?

Yes, absolutely! Once you book the intimate package, you will receive forms detailing upgrades you can choose from the various vendors. These upgrades will be billed to you directly by the vendors themselves.

 

When is the remaining balance of your event due?

Full event payment must be received 60 days prior to scheduled event date. All events require a signed contract and date-hold deposit when booking

 

Do you require event insurance?

Yes, we require day-of event insurance. Additional information about this as well as information about preferred vendors and what our event coordinators provide is sent out once you've booked with us!

We never expect anything from our couples, we are simply here to make sure your special day goes off without a hitch. However, should you like to leave a tip, we thank you!
