Planning your wedding should be a joyful journey, filled with excitement and anticipation, not stress and endless to-do lists. That's why we’ve crafted our Inclusive Package, designed to cover all the essential elements of your big day, ensuring it unfolds seamlessly.

Our Inclusive Package provides you with a delectable cake or a dessert bar, tailored to your tastes and preferences, by the talented group at Junk Food Bakery. Flowers for the bride and groom are also included courtesy of Fern & Curl, adding that perfect touch of elegance and beauty to your celebration. No need to worry about the logistics of tables, chairs, and full table settings – we’ve got you covered. Mimosas & Moonshine ensures that every detail is just right, from the linens to the silverware.  Honeysuckle Southern will delight your guests with a menu and grazing table that’s both delicious and beautiful.

Pricing available for guest counts of 50, 75 & 100

 

Reception and ceremony area seating provided by Mimosas & Moonshine: Farmhouse style tables and French country cross back chairs, sweetheart table, full service set-up completed with vintage China plates, goblets or assorted glassware, flatware, linen napkins, and chargers


Catering by Honeysuckle Southern Restaurant: grazing table for cocktail hour, a variety of dinner menus options, and dish cleaning service during your event for Mimosas & Moonshine dishes


Flowers by Fern & Curl Designs: Bride's bouquet, Groom's boutonniere, and two parent corsages & boutonnieres


Dessert by Junk Food Bakery: Traditional wedding cake or a dessert bar with a small cutting cake

Covered, open-air pavilion (with inclement weather paneling) for up to 100 guests


100 cross back chairs (for ceremony/reception) and tables to seat 100 (for reception)


Access to Field Manor inventory, decor, and yard games (subject to change)

 

Day of coordinator (for vendor collaboration, timeline/floor plan creation, and day-of coordination)


Parking attendant (beginning 1 hour prior to event start)


Access to our catering prep area, refrigerator, and deep freezer


Time allotted for set-up and take-down


Access to our garage for pre-event storage


Cleaning before and after your event (bathrooms, trash, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
and stocking of items such as soap, toilet paper, trash bags, hand towels, etc.


Use of Field Manor property for 1 hour photography session before your event
(scheduled in advance with an event coordinator, photographer not included)
