5 hours of rental time (Scheduled with your event coordinator)
Pavilion and lawn area for up to 150 guests
Covered, open-air pavilion (with inclement weather paneling) for up to 150 guests*
100 cross back chairs (for ceremony/reception) and tables to seat 100 (for reception)
Access to Field Manor inventory, decor, and yard games (subject to change)
Event coordinator (for vendor collaboration, timeline/floor plan creation, and day-of managing)
Parking attendant (beginning 1 hour prior to event start)
Access to our catering prep area, refrigerator, and deep freezer
Time allotted for set-up and take-down
Access to our garage for pre-event storage
Cleaning before and after your event (bathrooms, trash, sweeping, mopping, etc.) and stocking of items such as soap, toilet paper, trash bags, hand towels, etc.
Use of Field Manor property for 1 hour photography session before your event (scheduled in advance with an event coordinator, photographer not included)
